Get ready, Bishops! Our new marching uniform is in production for Fall 2021!

Band Camp for all members is August 11-17 (student leaders begin August 10) Marching Bishops move in to their OWU residence at the start of camp. A move in itinerary will be sent in early July after summer registration for new students is complete. Be there!

Chris Lizak, DMA is our new Asst MB Director! A graduate of Ohio State, Northwestern, and UT Austin, Chris shares that he's THRILLED to join OWU and is busily making plans to return to his home state. Welcome to Ohio Wesleyan and welcome to the Marching Bishops family, Dr. Lizak!

BIG NEWS #1 Thanks to a bit of luck, many prayers, and a LOT of creative problem-solving, I am thrilled to report that some of the emergencies Dr. Lizak’s family faced last week have been successfully resolved and he will join us as OWU’s new assistant marching band director!

BIG THANKS to Kolin Bowdle and his dad for crafting this new shelving unit to get our equipment room more organized. A great summer project!

It's our final day of OWU Band Camp! There's been so much effort, fun, and friendships formed over the past week with these amazing Marching Bishops!

Check out the Marching Bishops in their first public performance tonight at Downtown Delaware's First Friday! Our quick concert is 7:15 - 7:30 PM at the intersection of Winter and Sandusky Streets!

The Marching Bishops shared a sneak peek of their fall music Friday night in Downtown Delaware. Great show for a great crowd. Bravo band!

It was a great day at OWU for our first home game! Congrats to the Marching Bishops and the Battling Bishops on your strong start this season!

It was a wonderful conclusion to our marching season on Saturday. Senior tributes, Visit Day HS guests, a world premier performance of "Catalyst" by OWU alum Noah Green, and a celebration of our founding band director, Mary Kate McNally. Bravo Bishops!

For those who were planning on coming in for the first OWU Winter Drum Hang, Dr. Lizak is postponing it due to the snow. Be on the lookout for more information about the next one on February 13th!!
