Covid-19 risk-based testing in Dagupan City. Both RT-PCR and rapid tests (as applicable) will be administered for free for government frontliners and selected persons from high-risk industries.

Ayon sa IATF Resolution No. 40 (5/27): isasailalim ang Dagupan City sa MODIFIED general community quarantine (MGCQ) umpisa June 1. Maaaring i-apela ang desisyon na ito sa IATF, at matutuloy lamang ang MGCQ kung hindi magbabago ang low-risk assessment ng siudad hanggang May 31.

Entering the MGCQ phase on 6/1, Dagupan will focus on the following: 1) risk-based testing, 2) smooth transfer of repatriated OFWs, 3) enforcement of minimum public health standards and IATF/LGU regulations, 4) preparedness for the monsoon season, and 5) economic revitalization.

First batch of results from the risk-based testing program of Dagupan yielded 5 new positive cases, all are asymptomatic. We have requested with the IATF to retain Dagupan under GCQ on June 1. All 5 cases will be receiving treatment from R1MC and contact tracing is being done.

Out of 517 test results received, 14 of our frontliners have tested positive. All of them are asymptomatic cases. Our risk-based testing is to help us ensure the well-being of our frontliners and prevent infections from spreading from asymptomatics to the immuno-compromised.

As of 11:25am this morning, we have received 586 results, and our positive cases remain at 14 (infection rate of 2.4%). We are extending assistance to the 14 families. Family members will be PCR-tested and secondary contacts will be rapid kit tested, in line with DOH protocols.

The 14 positive patients have been admitted to 2 hospitals to receive treatment (13 at R1MC and 1 at PPH). We thank Dir. Roland Mejia and Mr. Ramon Bautista for assuring us that they will look after our colleagues, and that their hospitalization will be free of charge.

Kung may mga pribadong indibidwal/sektor sa Dagupan na gumamit ng rapid test kit, at may reactive, ipaalam po agad sa ating City Health Office. Maari natin silang i-PCR (swab) test, at gagawin po natin ito ng libre.

Just received 364 additional RT-PCR results from the Red Cross from our ongoing risk-based testing, and so far all the latest results are negative for Covid-19. 🙏

All immediate family members of the 14 positive cases have tested negative via RT-PCR 🙏. Dagupan has swabbed nearly 1400 frontliners for free, and we currently remain at 14 positive cases. Rapid antibody testing is still ongoing, and all reactive will be PCR tested for free.

NEGATIVE na sa Covid-19 ang 14 nating kasamahan sa city government na nagpositibo noong June 1. Ito ay ayon sa pinakahuling RT-PCR test na isinagawa sa kanila. Nagpapasalamat tayo sa lahat ng doctors, nurses, med-techs, at mga frontliners ng siudad na patuloy tumutulong. 🙏
