Unroofed coronary sinus with persistent LSVC is rare but important to recognize. If you inject agitated saline from the left arm and see bubbles enter the left atrium via the coronary sinus, suspect this defect. It’s a clue you don’t want to miss. #ACHD ❤️‍🩹
