A Gorillaz short film is being released on February 27. Titled ‘The Mountain, The Moon Cave and The Sad God’.

This workout was a good challenge bcuz the coaches are telling me to put my arms up (like Annie from Attack on Titan). Im so used to protecting my chin for years bcuz that's what ive been taught. This will bring good but necessary discomfort upon my shoulders.

Not my best score but still felt like I did good :) Sore shoulders 🫠

Not feeling great bcuz of allergies. I had half of my nostril clogged up, runny nose, + the neck is starting to itch. I took it easy so I dont sound like im gasping for air when I breathe. Oh yeah, I sneezed 14 times in a row right after the class ended 🤧

(No way i scored that high 🤨) Allergies still, but better paced myself today. I need my ears to pop 😪🤧

I didn't get to do all of it not bcuz of exhaustion but to preserve my energy for tomorrow's class in the morning. I would've burned out quickly so I had to stop myself + say, "that's enough. Save some room for later, Augustus Gloop." Oh, + a coach had a bday yesterday + got cake

Energy well spent. I made the right call after all yesterday to use my remaining energy for this class. Im (still) not convinced that im scoring that high lately 🤨
