Absolutely appalled by Owners Direct customer service. Holiday 17th August and accommodation has been sold yet won't arrange an alternative or a refund. First week of holiday ruined as no idea what to do for our second week. Do not book with them ❌❌❌#useless

Feeling disappointed by the service we have received from Bairstow Eves Been tied into a long contract to then not hear from them & what a surprise we can't get out out of the contract, no choice but to raise matters to ombudsman. They haven't even responded to my complaint.
