After being a loyal Amazon customer for many decades I am surprised that they have declined to extend my return window for two smaller items I purchased. I have been told they were flexible on this if you contact customer service. I will focus more on other stores now.

Extremely disappointed in Boost Mobile Based on misleading press release I ordered iphone from apple signed up for their service. Now denying free year because the phone had to be purchased from them. This is despite agent assuring me when transferring that I was good for promo.

Read the fine print or call the agent before signing up for Boost Mobile They try hard not to give you the free year of service.
