Annual pilgrimage time to Switzerland on Thursday - delays at Schiphol but LINDA on the transit desk KLM was amazing. Rescheduling had put us back to LHR/Basel but she got us on the last flight and we arrived Basel, 23.00 hrs. Big thanks to Linda / KLM. You always deliver!

A visit to botanical gardens, Bern. Had a lovely chat with one of the gardeners about biodiversity... as you do!! All auf Deutsch, of course.

Visit to Elfenau - city run gardens and where they prep all the flowers and geraniums. Great exhibition about making Bern more green.
