Our paper with Liam LAURENT-WEBB @ISYEB_UMR Office national des forêts on lycopod mycobiomes during ecological succession in Alsace is out! This work illustrates the primordial roles that belowground microbes play in aboveground plant dynamics 🍄🌱

The #AR6 #SYR is groundbreaking in its examination of issues of equity and climate change. For the first time, the report emphasizes the unequal historical and ongoing contributions, and differential vulnerabilities within and between nations/regions/peoples. (1/n)

Another synchrotron micro-X-ray fluorescence image of a living shoot of Neptunia gracilis. The green colour represents selenium, while potassium is shown in blue and calcium in red. Data acquired at the Australian Synchrotron with Dr Maggie-Anne Harvey.

Je suis ravi d'avoir pu parler de "mycobiote" dans The Conversation France ! De quoi sont composées ces communautés de champignons ? Quels liens entretiennent-elles avec les plantes ? Quelques réponses dans cet article !

After amazing posters (so many great discussions!!!) back at talks #IMC12 #day4 . Jim Bever talked about restoration of grasslands using AMF cultures and (in another session) Liam Laurent-Webb about EcMF living as endophytes in roots of non-host plants (why???). #fungi

"Birds of a feather flock together" ? Really happy to have collaborated in this study led by Kenji Maurice which highlights strong patterns of assortativity in mycorrhizal co-occurence networks of desertic plants: mycorrhizal fungi highly covaried with other mycorrhizal fungi 🍄
