Here's a simple & effective system re "Pitch Counts" 2 PROTECT arms: 1-15 Pitches (1 Day Rest) 16-30 (2 Days) *31-45 (3 Days) *46-60 (4 Days) *60+ (5 Days) * If P throws 31+ pitches, NEXT outing must be 15 pitches or LESS ** 120 Pitch Aggregate per 7 Days *** 1 Day = 24 HOURS
