Holiday week 1: life admin being ticked off the list, thoughts that matter aren’t being swallowed by the minutiae of 1000mph workdays, I’ve read a book already…but…I’m off the scale anxious at what I surely have forgotten/should/must/ought to be doing…is it just me?

Late to the party - as is usually the case - but this really is a brilliant read so far. I’m usually very sceptical of books recommended to me embroiled in and smothered by the ‘hype’ but I hereby accept that I was very, very wrong to be suspicious l!

If more people were like Jack Monroe and could actively and publicly admit to mistakes and show kindness and reflective behaviour, this world would be an indescribably better place. Thank you, Jack, for leading by example. x

So where does one go for support for a school refuser (EBSA) when the school can’t/doesn’t offer outreach, when the county Ed Psych team seemingly ignore your request for info/guidance etc, the GP refers to CAMHS and they tell you to wait 18 months for an initial assessment…?
