Yesterday West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service held a Women in the Fire Service UK inspired Training & Development day at Leeds Fire Station. Colleagues from numerous staff groups had the chance to have new experiences, learn and develop. Well done to CC Georgina Ralph for organising (and providing v cool biscuits)

This is a tremendously thoughtful gesture by Morrisons Meltham store and, of course, the people who are contributing. While @wyfrs of course provides support to our crews who are tackling the moorland fire, these extras are well received. Crews will likely be there for a while
