LHS Icelandic travellers have landed safely in Reykjavik. Sky is bluer than in Larne. Could that be a plume of volcanic smoke rising in the background?!?!?

Delighted that the Governors have voted to give parents a voice in the future of the school. Integrated status will have parents greater involvement in the school and increased representation on the Board of Governors. Parental ballot will take place mid-May.

Local fashion designer Geraldine Connon, who has been involved with some of our GCSE and A Level Art students recently on a very successful fashion design competition, has offered her thoughts on Larne High School becoming an integrated school.

As our parent information sessions and parent ballot get closer, we will be providing some answers to frequently asked questions about integrated education. Question one...

The entire Larne High School community is deeply saddened to learn of the death of former pupil Leah Sloan/McCrea. We send our deepest sympathies to her family and friends. Leah, you never were, nor never will be, forgotten by you teachers here. Rest easy darling girl.

Brilliant results for our A level students yet again. Over 90% of grades at A*-C and over half the grades at A*-A with the UK total at just 28%. Many congratulations to pupils and staff on this fantastic result.
