In 2016, with Martin Eastgate and the Bristol Myers Squibb team we set out to simplify the way Oligonucleotides therapeutics (OTs) are made. Access to a 3-10-3 LNA/DNA gapmer with 4 different P-linkages had pushed the limits of known chem. Today we report a solution: bit.ly/3a9FlV5
