I wrote this for STAT after seeing reports in US & UK platforms (incl The Lancet) admirably cover the doctors' protests in India, but also miss the point that the tragic Aug incident was first & foremost about women's safety, not doctors' safety. statnews.com/2024/09/16/doc…
