Easiest and most over looked skill is being taken for granted at the youth level. Kids need to stop wasting so much time and money on training and spend a couple of them sessions just going outside and running not jogging running and sprinting until exhaustion.

It’s crazy how hs sports has turned into parks & rec now. Travel ball controls recruiting and has taken the top spot in all sports. ⚽️ top kids don’t even play, ⚾️ & 🥎 kids opt out of playoffs so they can get recruited. Wild times now…

The most dangerous game players play is relying on their shot making. The safest thing to do as a player is play hard. Playing hard guarantees you respect from both your teammates & coaches. Using miss or made baskets to determine if you played well or not is a scary thing.
