Hello SSE - A Better World of Energy - I have spoken to over ten people in your customer service department and we still haven’t received any monthly payments for energy. What do I have to do to get this done??

If anyone is looking to change energy providers. Please take heed. @YourSSE customer service is non existent. It’s the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my 54 years. Complaint now raised. Let’s see if that makes any difference.

What are Aldi Stores UK trying to achieve? No tills open in the evening purely self service. Gone to do weekly shop tonight - every fifth item isn’t register so constantly asking for help. In the end left over £100 of food in trolley and left. Won’t be going back #nocustomerservice
