Mid race beers!?! The @bigsugargravel course was an eye catcher 🍁🍃, absolutely be-e-a-uitful. But it also chewed thru tires. At halfway I found myself in podium contention but a slowly leaking tire was my downfall… You know the ones: too slow for sealant to catch (1/3)

Wet hop season! No better way to compare and learn than this time of year when fresh hops are thrown directly into mash. Cascade was bright & floral. Idaho 7 more dank, resinous & bitter. I personally gravitate towards the Idaho 7, but Athletic Brewing nailed both of these. 🍻
