As part of UnitedStateless community, Henry’s story is a beacon of hope. It shows that, despite obstacles, perseverance can lead to belonging and recognition. His unwavering spirit proves it’s never too late to achieve the seemingly impossible.

As a #stateless person since childhood, I know the challenges of living w/out nationality. The 14th Amendment ensures justice & equality. Preserving birthright citizenship is key to preventing exclusion & deprivation. UnitedStateless, we advocate to protect this right.

This ruling brings real relief—especially for folks in our legal clinic & my own family, including my mom. It means they won’t be sent to places they’ve never known, without warning or a chance to speak up. Grateful for this step toward protecting due process & basic dignity.

After 33 yrs without a country, Tatianna—mother, grandmother, and United Stateless founding member—is finally home. 🇺🇸 She lost her citizenship when her country dissolved. Today, she is American. Stateless no more. The world is yours, Tatianna. 💙

Tatianna is a hero. ❤️🤍💙 We built UnitedStateless together—fueled by love & resilience. Every individual win, like Tatianna becoming American after 33 yrs stateless, is HUGE. We celebrate & keep pushing for permanent solutions. Today, Tatianna is home. 🇺🇸 #StatelessSurvivor

Grateful to The Boston Globe for highlighting statelessness in the U.S. Our staff attorney, Samantha Sitterley, shares why the Stateless Protection Act is key to ending legal limbo for thousands. Statelessness is solvable — we just need the will to act.

Grateful for Rick’s courage in sharing his story with The New York Times about life inside Florida’s ‘Alligator Alcatraz.’ His voice reminds me why I do this work. Proud of our UnitedStateless team, working tirelessly so no #stateless person is forgotten

Abigail’s story is heartbreaking and not unique. Across the U.S., more Unregistered Americans are living without proof they exist. Grateful to our team at UnitedStateless for standing with her and so many others.

💔 Stateless people in the U.S. live in constant fear—detention, deportation to countries they don’t know, and separation from loved ones. Tanya, featured in NPR , carries the trauma while her resilience is powerful, but the fear is still real. 👉 Read more link in profile.

🌍 Statelessness means daily isolation. No ID to show, no legal job, no package pickup, no cell phone account. Everyday barriers strip people of dignity and belonging. 📝 Jaclyn Diaz | 📸 Erica S. Lee, NPR 👉 Read more: npr.org/2025/08/21/nx-…
