Unbelievable. The truth is laid out & it's clear that KK top Govt leaders didn't come in to serve Kenyans rather to accumulate wealth & impoverish Kenyans. Take your time & read it. #OccupyCBDThursday Martha Karua Mlolongo

Martha Koome should stop wasting our time. If she is being attacked for being a woman, why is Faith Odhiambo not being attacked? Incompetence should never be downplayed, she should resign.

It’s almost impossible for a Kenyan domestic worker in Saudi Arabia to quit their $400 job. They must give 2 months’ notice, pay 2 months’ salary + pay for their own ticket home if they resign. But the employer can fire them immediately with just a month’s pay. Is this fair?

The workers who signed this exploitative contract were told they must pay about $1,900 if they resign. Some had been promised CNA (certified nursing assistant) jobs in Kenya but ended up forced into domestic work

Ndii was on an X Space last week. David Ndii did a stellar job unpacking the rationale behind key government programs...moving beyond the noise and into nuance. We need more of these conversations. Less sound bites, more substance.
