‘Montagu’s Harrier male and ox-eye daisies’ acrylic, 26 x 36 cms. This elegant bird of prey was always a scarce summer visitor to the U.K. being at the edge of its breeding range in Europe. Breeding numbers declined until the last breeding took place in 2019.
