Beth sadly passed away a short time after posting this tweet. She tweeted that the injuries she’d sustained in a suicide attempt were the reason she felt suicidal now. Beth was such an inspiration to a lot of people; she did so much to raise awareness by sharing her journey. 💔

What is sleep and where can I find it? 🧐 3 weeks of 2-4 hrs sleep max per night 🙃 Insomnia by Faithless keeps popping into my head; this isn’t so great as whilst it’s an absolute tune, it’s actually making me want to grab a bev and party 🍸💃🏻🎵💤
