Way too many employers out there do not understand this. If you have a killer and don’t give them opportunities you will lose them. I don’t care what the pay is.

I can’t stress this enough.. if you’re in your 20s, your salary does NOT matter. Focus on a career path with real upside and room for professional growth. Your future earnings will thank you.
