I can truly say #DeliverCon2023 was invigorating and has given me a massive lift this week. I was feeling pretty exhausted before the event but today was one of my most creative and positive days in weeks. Community is powerful 🚀

Have done some exciting work related to Platform Engineering today sparked off by discussing Team Topologies with a colleague. Hoping to find ways to enable platform teams to become far more effective with a focus on DevEx and Platform Product Management related coaching.

This is an area where Delivery Management can help 🙌 And the great news is that you don’t have to be a Delivery Manager to do it. Being able to remove impediments, facilitate, and coach can unlock the conditions for design - and create fertile soil for good services!
