This was passed by Colorado voters in 2022 by a 57%-43% margin. Voters are now approving additional funding by an even larger margin.

Cuomo has 854,783 votes right now, which would have been enough to win any other NYC mayor race this century. Both of them grew the electorate; Mamdani just grew it by more. Also hovering over 50%, so Sliwa didn't spoil anything: Cuomo just lost.
