Honestly Stripe are the most awful platform. They are refusing to pay out to my boyfriends account because he is apparently too much of a “high risk business” when he literally has just sold his old phone via Facebook marketplace. Now they are refusing to give him the money.

Actually at my wits end with Admiral after 4 different calls, being told multiple times that they promise to send me the stuff I need only for it not to happen. Taken time out of my work day to try and sort this for the last 3 working days and I’m just getting no where.

If you’re considering a multi car policy with Admiral - DON’T. They cannot provide you with any useful paperwork going forward. Leaving you fulling in the s**t. Beyond stressed, and out of tears with this one. They’re neurodiverse support is shocking.
