LaSalle football has been disqualified from #518Football playoffs this year due to a rules violation. Part of the statement from LaSalle is below. Leaders there say it was a misinterpretation of a rule and wasn’t done purposefully.

The La Salle Institute were riding high Friday after clinching a home playoff game. Excitement quickly turned to devastation. A day later, the team found out Section 2 had disqualified them from the playoffs. I asked some of the Cadets what their message to Section 2 Athletics would be.
