I've had to reschedule 3 vaccine appts as HSE Ireland don't seem to recognize that living on an offshore island means ferry times don't always tie in with getting to my nearest vaccine centre over 30k away on the mainland.

The grass isn't always greener, I'm at the Olympic Games & I take anti depressants. I'm no longer depressed, but mental health isn't fixed. Daily actions either lead to improved mental health or worsened. Make mental health a priority & it will improve. Don't neglect it.

This morning #BereIsland Projects Group unveiled a plaque at Rerrin Barracks to commemorate the centenary of the island internment camp followed by a flag raising ceremony by Óglaigh na hÉireann The plaque was funded by Cork County Council The camp was located on the site of Rerrin Barracks.
