A2: Start w their genius, let students notice & wonder, students share ideas & go from there-let them lead. Create systems in our class together to maximize inclusive belonging no matter the subject we are learning or taking about. Everyone has something to contribute. #G2Great

A5: I have invited parents to share what they know with us. Teach us. About all sorts of things. We can’t have volunteers on our classrooms b/c of Covid. I miss parents in our classrooms. Working on Zooming them in maybe like I did last year when we were online only. 🤷🏼‍♀️ #G2Great

A6: I spend a lot of time w/ kids at the beginning of the year asking them how they want things to go. How they want to be treated. Words and actions to use. We reflect and notice how we are doing. If we have a problem we use community circles to discuss and solve. #G2Great

A7: The more I let kids lead, the less scary it is. They are brilliant & their ideas are amazing. They know so much and are taking & thinking about it already. They want to help everyone. Kids have HUGE 💕s “Look out for one another” -a t-shirt in my class yesterday. 😍#G2Great
