Fantastic way to spend the afternoon with Sutherland Secondary GPP students who premiered their documentaries focused on Wellness in the City of North Vancouver. Thanks to NV City Officials, Mayor Linda Buchanan, Bowinn Ma and the The Cinematheque for the support and collaboration! Amazing job!


Impressive documentary film-making by Sutherland Secondary's Global Perspectives class on issues relating to well-being in the City of North Vancouver. From green-space and litter to mental health and addictions, these students offered insightful suggestions for making #NorthVan better.

Congratulations to the Sutherland Secondary Ethics Bowl Team who finished 1st at the SFU Regional Ethics Bowl competition over the weekend. With the win, Sutherland will be heading to the Ethics Bowl National Championships in Winnipeg. School District 44
