this hurts so much

no more excited meows when I get home. no more going between my feet waiting for food. no more laying on my chest and cuddling me. I am truly so heartbroken and I don't know if I'll ever be whole again.

seeing his food bowl and water fountain at the same levels they were at yesterday hurts so much. seeing everything in the exact same place is really painful and I don't know how to handle it

it's so still and quiet in my room now. it feels like everything just stopped but I somehow have to find a way to keep going
