Our Targeted Teams have been working in schools with Year 6 young people aged 10-11 to offer Year 7 transitions support.
Young people completed some amazing artwork showcasing some of their hopes and fears for starting secondary school. Well done!

For #YoungCarersActionDay , we organised a celebration for our Young Carers to do the things they love. We cooked Korean food, played games and did arts and crafts.
This year's theme was fairer futures and our Young Carers also created artwork to express their thoughts.
Our partners Access to Sports are offering a variety of free sports and physical activities for children and young people across the Easter holidays.
There are even opportunities to gain nationally recognised qualifications and accreditations.
