After visiting NYC this week, I can confidently say SF is the place to build a startup. The efficiency is on a different tier.

For all frontier AI labs, Turing is “Switzerland,” their neutral, strategic data partner. See more of my thoughts following a chat with Forbes, covered by Richard Nieva and Rashi Shrivastava: forbes.com/sites/richardn…

So true - Meta is a big contender in the race and with them having a massive stake in Scale, Turing is the Switzerland to turn too ashu garg Jonathan Siddharth, Turing And they’re hiring a Chief of staff :-)

In this market, more investors are spraying at seed and only providing support if you break out fast Some won’t even intro you to Series A investors unless you’re clearly in their top 10-20% Want to know if they’ll really be there for you? Don’t bother with their polished

PSA to founders raising money. Fudging revenue numbers during a fundraise isn’t just a bad look. It can be a crime. Securities fraud is a real thing. If you falsify or mislead investors about your revenue numbers, you can go to jail. And on that note: 👇👀

I respect YC but but I feel like lately tons of the kids doing YC just make it their entire personality. it's like the goal of doing the thing is to be a YC founder and talk about having done YC. weird vibe.

Interesting slide from the Coatue deck. Interesting test of a firms commitment/investment in AI. Are you getting more efficient? Do any of your execs argue they could get by with "fewer" headcount? Quite a high-bar test.

Alt framing: Cluely isn't just good marketing. Roy hacked the algo feed with an antifragile memetic virus. And the more energy you throw at it, the stronger it gets.

Asymmetrical information is generated in multiple ways: 1.) a bunch of VCs will share a list of deals they passed on or couldn’t get to the finish line on with other firms in their circles - these “lists” spread like wildfire 2.) some VCs will intentionally leak other investors

We have completed our very successful attack on the three Nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan. All planes are now outside of Iran air space. A full payload of BOMBS was dropped on the primary site, Fordow. All planes are safely on their way home.

Watching CNN to catch up on Israel / Iran situation. Wow this is an awful overload of pharma ads. I favor the ban. Banned in most countries.
