Poor, poor service from BT. Ordered a Sim card on 6th July and still not received. Nobody can tell me what's happening and after me calling 7/8 times still not received. On hold yesterday and told I would get a call back but nothing. Don't want to deal with complaint BTCare

And the poor service continues. Promised a call yesterday from BTCare but nothing. Team dealing with my order is a top secret bridging team that nobody can talk to - not even the BT customer service team. Nobody seems interested to deal with problem.
