X API pricing starts from $200. Due to Request limitations on that Tier we can only have 333 clients on SupaBird As soon as we get client N334 we have to switch to $5000 Tier which would make us lose money Now I have to think how to make this a viable business

3 questions before building any feature: 1. Did a customer ask for this? 2. Will they pay more for it? 3. Can I build it quick and test? If the answer is no, don't build it

Day 46 of building SupaBird to $20K MRR 🚀 If your product is an AI wrapper, two things must be true for people to pay: - Better results than free AI models - UX that saves serious time I believe SupaBird does both

If you are DM-ing people on twitter and saying stuff like "let's collaborate", "let's network" etc.. please be specific, most of us don't have time to chit chat about nothing. Say what you are offering, if I am interested I will reply, if not then not

Got myself a small water based AC since it is getting hotter in Berlin, and apartments here don't usually have AC. Let's see if I become more productive now 🫡
