The men and women of Constable Mark Herman's Office extend their heartfelt condolences to the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office as they mourn the loss of Corporal Ray Hamilton, who was shot and killed on Christmas Eve by a domestic violence suspect. Thank you for your service #RIP

Hidalgo County is mourning. Today we laid to rest Jorge D. Hinojosa, PCT2 Director of Field Operations, who passed away on January 2nd at the age of 43. Jorge Hinojosa is survived by his wife, Alissa and three children; Fidel, Fernando & Alexandria; his parents and siblings.

Today, we join in recognizing law enforcement officers and extend our appreciation to them for all they do. We want to take a moment to thank the women and men behind the badge who risk their lives every day to protect the community. #myHCSO

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Chesapeake Deputy Sheriff Scott Chambers. who was shot twice earlier today while apprehending a murder suspect. He is in extreme grave condition at this time. We ask that everyone keeps him in your prayers as he battles to recover.
