This is how hard it *already is* to get assistance. I tried to get the Overground. I arrived with plenty of time, but the assistance point was seemingly closed, no one visible behind the glass. I can’t reach the window to bang on the glass, so tried shouting “hello?” for ages.

My landlord is increasing our rent by 13%. There is no mortgage on the property, and the reasoning we’ve had from the letting agents is that he’s following what other landlords are doing by going for at least 10%. Rent controls and an end to no fault evictions NOW.
