Chapter 6 of my thesis published in Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research This paper highlights that using an accelerated ecc cue, vs a jump as high and fast as possible cue, ⬆️ pk & avg braking force ⬇️ braking time & time to take-off = greater braking impulse by producing more force in less time
