the thing people don’t get about working in social media is that yes, you’re constantly working out of hours. yes, you’re often a team of one. and yes, it’s challenging to get the business on board and you’re often fighting an uphill battle. But the pay? also not good.

i really don’t want to follow a bunch of facebook pages from my personal page just to keep up with them for my company page. Is there anything like twitter lists but for facebook? if not i might just make a burner profile 🥴

Your best marketing ideas are gonna come from almost everywhere except other brands' marketing. Watch a movie. Read a book. Browse TikTok. Go to a museum. Do anything except looking at other ads. Trust that you know the basics of marketing, and pull inspo from everywhere else.
