Prioritizing Mental health can be life saving. This is not a game. Proud of her for exercising this amount of self care even in the face of huge opposition. ❤️

When I ask coaches, "What percent of the game is mental?" I usually get a response between 50-80%. My next question: "Are you allocating proper time for that training and development?" Training the mind needs to be baked INTO the culture. It's no longer just "extra."
