I don't think any other industry has to tolerate so many people who've never worked in it, haven't studied it and indeed don't understand it, hectoring it and being offended by it, whilst simultaneously continuing to buy its products. It's kind of morally repugnant.

Apparently, we’re all wrong and people like ⁦Keir Starmer⁩ ⁦Steve Reed MP⁩ ⁦Rachel Reeves⁩ and a few data analysts are all right. Sobering thought. You’d think that the views of industry experts might mean something, but it seems not.
