Worth remembering that Mark is quick over 400m (No 14 Irish All Time) & the added strength heās been working on is leading to him being able to use his natural speed in the last 100m. Heās really backing himself tactically. 2 wins & 2 sub 1.45ās is a terrific start to the season.

It might have taken a while (and committees change over years) but Naas Golf Club is a beautiful parkland course. While the back 9 refurb was overdue, it really was worth the wait to match the earlier initial front 9 remodel. Excellent example of an Irish parkland members-owned courseā¦

Sean Doggett is defo one to watch. Love the way he gave it his āallā here right to the line. On a windy day, Greganās record was a big āaskā but he smashed it. Worth remembering that Gregan set the previous record just weeks before crossing the line 5th in the World Junior final.
