Nationally, US MMRs (maternal deaths per 100 000 live births) are 2 to 4x higher in the non-Hispanic Black, for AmericanIndian/AlaskanNative people 2.3 x likely to die frm pregnancy-related causes, and roughly 2x as likely to experience severe maternal morbidity. Time for change!
