It was a mixed bag of results for our Saturday, with wins for the 1st Team and C Team, but losses for the A and B Teams. Highlights - 1st Team debut - Sam McKay. Senior debut for Louis Whiddett, who shared a 48-run partnership with his dad, Jason—on his way to a fantastic 112!

Swardeston and Melton ladies played their first match of the Norfolk Shell League against Beccles. Winning the toss and opted to bat first, the team put on a total of 138/2 from their 20 overs. In the field the team bowled well to secure the win by 39 runs.Swardeston CC
