Yesterday, our Nursery children enjoyed an Easter-themed Stay & Play session with their parents. We love the colourful eggs & sheep that they made! #greatlearning

Y2 have been working hard making beach huts as part of their Coastline topic. They had to measure & saw the wood to make a box frame and then design the sides and even add an apex roof! They have all really enjoyed the challenge and we think we have some future carpenters!

Well done to Alayna from Y6, who has just entered her first karate competition as a #blackbelt and came away with 1st place in Individual Kata & 3rd Place in Team Kata. What an achievement!

Last week, our KS1 pupils were treated to a live-action show based on the Great Fire of London. Children got to sing, dance with the King, join in with a sea shanty and move water to put out the fire. They even played hide & seek to find the buried cheese! #greatlearning

Creative Club have been reading the Michael Rosen 💙💙🎓🎓 NICE 爷爷 book ‘Bananas in my Ears’. They made fruit kebabs, banana ears & drew pictures. When Miss Saunders found that Michael was near school, she rushed over to see him. Michael kindly signed this brilliant picture, drawn by Hector.

Y2 had an amazing time visiting Hunstanton SEA LIFE this week. #greatlearning

Y2's Design Technology project for this half-term was to create their own beach huts. They measured, sawed and constructed their own wooden box-frame. They then made walls using strips of paper to create a cladding effect. They are very proud of their beach huts! #greatlearning

The Children in Mango class have been busy learning about Chinese New Year today. They have made Chinese lanterns, read stories and even tried some Chinese writing. Great work mango class

Congratulations to 11 of our Year 6 pupils who completed the bikeability training this week and all passed Level 2 with flying colours. The instructors taught them to signal safely, to approach a junction safely and to ride their bikes carefully on the road. Well done!
