Science and Learning Center at Coldwater winter hours ❄ The Center will be transitioning to its winter hours on November 3rd and will be open Friday-Sunday. Hours remain 10am-4pm. The site may close due to inclement weather or unsafe road conditions.

As a National Day of Mourning to Honor 39th President Jimmy Carter all US Forest Service Offices will be closed Thursday January 9th on the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. Jimmy Carter played an important part in the days following the eruption of Mount St. Helens in 1980.
