Dear City of Cape Town, please can someone look into the timing/weight-plate setting of the traffic lights at the intersection of R27 & abroad roads in Milnerton. There’s no need for R27 traffic lights to turn red after being green for 3 seconds. This causes such unnecessary traffic.
