People often ask why I want a big lab. Truth is, I don’t-it’d be easier smaller. But how could I turn away a student with dreams of science? Running a big lab means more grants, more work, less time with family/friends. But seeing students grow as scientists makes it all worth it

I'm excited to share another piece from my PhD - and start of my postdoc! Based on our previous study refining heroin self-administration, we propose a choice procedure to identify individual differences in preference for heroin and social interaction. bpspubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/bp…
