Liz4SF bluoz SF never implemented Prop 36. The courts/DA could require treatment/program, of which the city already funds 575 drug treatment & 180 mental health beds. Additionally, many of us were sentenced to Delancey Street which has capacity for around 500 ppl. SF lacks accountability!
