Return to rugby this weekend. Been out Friday night with the Dragons Youth Region Rugby, Saturday with the WestMonRFC Seniors and soon Sunday with the Croesyceiliog RFC M&J Mini's. Soaked to the bone every single time. Loved every single second of it. I haven't been so happy in a long time!♥️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏉💯

Gutted for the boys today WestMonRFC. Big head injury in 10 and a red by 20 but you kept on digging. 1 score in it and a whole load of lessons learned. Dust off and go again. We cannot coach that togetherness and heart to play for each other.

Awesome start to our latest venture with big help from Ashley Sweet Christopher Cornford 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Torfaen Swifts Rugby (Walking + Vets Touch) WestMonRFC. Everyone and anyone is invited to join us. 7pm Tuesdays at the Skewfields Pontypool. Why just walk up the canal when you can walk rugby too!!!
