Not at all keen on Drones being used to take pictures of RTC locations. 1. Not nice for the families of those involved! 😡 2. We often need the 2nd aircraft at locations like this. A Drone in the area is the last thing we need! Do not fly Drones over accident sites!

Exciting new term invented this morning by Lynsey for our PHCC lecture. ‘Checklist offal’. Stuff that appears on checklists that no one cares about and that doesn’t matter. It impacts on a healthy checklist culture, and dilutes those items that are crucial to the mission.
